📋 Description

• Lead a team in the Issuing organization to deliver fast, secure card issuance solutions.
• Influence vision and strategy, owning the roadmap from early build to scaled adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, commercial, and operations to deliver an end-to-end issuing
• Chicago-based role within the Financial Services product organization.

🎯 Requirements

• People Leadership: 2+ years managing high-performance engineering teams.
• Domain Expertise: FinTech/Issuing or banking experience; global product delivery at scale.
• Technical Depth: API-based financial services knowledge; skilled with Java, Postgres, Kafka
• Execution Mindset: Strong delivery focus, stakeholder management, strategic problem-solving.
• Collaboration & Influence: Lead cross-team projects with banks, rails, and third-party vendors.
• Customer Care: Focus on delivering a delightful customer experience.
