📋 Description

• Translate business needs into practical technology solutions for insurance platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and delivery teams across underwriting, policy admin, and integrations.
• Engage in requirements gathering, solution design, testing and implementation across multiple
• Support solution delivery and maintain client relationships throughout lifecycle.
• Travel to client sites as required for project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, insurance, or technology
• Experience in insurance processes: new business, underwriting, policy administration, product
• Proven ability to gather, analyze and document business/functional requirements for tech
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to connect business needs to
• Exposure to APIs, interfaces, data mapping and integrated business processes.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (bonus).
