About the Role

As a Account Based Marketing (ABM) Demand Generation Specialist (all genders), you are responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs that drive pipeline growth and new revenue opportunities across global markets.

Working closely with the Director Growth & Brand as well as the Campaign Management, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams, you develop effective multi-channel campaigns and targeted ABM initiatives from existing content assets. In addition, you take ownership of publishing and maintaining marketing content across digital platforms and ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the entire buying process.

Your Responsibilities

Demand Generation

• Global Planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns to increase lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.

• Supporting the development and execution of integrated campaigns across email, website, paid media, social media, webinars, and marketing automation platforms.

• Close collaboration with the Director Growth & Brand, internal stakeholders from Content, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Regional Marketing, as well as external agency partners, to successfully plan, execute, and continuously optimize demand generation campaigns.

• Monitoring campaign performance and continuously optimizing conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel.

• Supporting lead nurturing and engagement programs in collaboration with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

• Executing targeted ABM programs for strategic accounts and key market segments.

• Collaborating with Sales teams to identify target accounts, buying centers, and relevant engagement opportunities.

• Developing personalized content journeys and campaign experiences for defined target accounts.

• Coordinating with the Director Growth & Brand, Sales, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Content, and Design teams, as well as external agencies, to successfully execute account-based marketing initiatives.

• Analyzing account engagement, campaign influence, and pipeline contribution.

• Supporting the alignment of marketing and sales activities within ABM initiatives.

Content Operations & CMS Management

• Publishing, updating, and maintaining marketing content within CMS platforms such as TYPO3 and WordPress.

• Creating and building landing pages based on existing content and campaign assets.

• Optimizing website content for lead generation, user experience, SEO, and conversion performance.

• Ensuring content quality, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.

• Coordinating content updates across global websites and campaign landing pages.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of campaigns and ABM initiatives using relevant marketing and analytics tools.

• Creating regular reports on lead generation, account engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

• Identifying optimization opportunities based on performance data and user behavior.

• Supporting A/B testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

• Experience in Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Marketing Operations, or a comparable environment.

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, marketing funnels, and ABM strategies.

• Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.

• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as TYPO3 and WordPress.

• Ability to independently create and publish landing pages and web content based on existing marketing materials.

• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, AEO, conversion optimization, and digital marketing best practices.

• Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
