Director, Institutional Onboarding

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end institutional onboarding from outreach to first trade
• Design scalable onboarding workflows balancing speed and compliance
• Primary point of contact for institutional clients during onboarding
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, product to resolve blockers and documentation
• Build pipeline of institutional prospects and report on status and metrics
• Identify bottlenecks and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in financial services with client onboarding, institutional sales support, or operations
• Deep familiarity with KYC, KYB, and AML processes
• Proven track record of owning a client-facing, end-to-end process
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple onboardings simultaneously
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure
• Clear, direct communicator to sophisticated financial counterparties
