📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program delivery for the ATL program — serving as the primary day-to-day driver of
• Define and maintain program schedules, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment meetings
• Drive accountability across teams by identifying blockers early, managing cross-functional
• Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison between Engineering and Operations leadership
• Implement and maintain program governance standards — status reporting, risk escalation, and cross
• Build and maintain launch readiness frameworks to track program health ahead of critical milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management in a hardware/software integrated
• Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end — from
• Strong technical foundation in software systems, hardware integration, systems and safety or
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills — comfortable presenting program status and risks
• Experience working in safety-critical or high-accountability environments where execution gaps
• Proficiency with project management tooling (Jira, Asana, or equivalent)
