Embedded Software Engineer (Drone Stack)

📋 Description

• Build modular autonomy for defense missions on embedded Linux
• Integrate autonomy software with aircraft autopilots and sensors
• Develop service-oriented software and IPC frameworks for UAS
• Perform SIL/HIL bring-up and live flight testing
• Diagnose and resolve software and integration issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Robotics/CS + 3+ years robotics experience
• Proficiency in modern C++, Docker, Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL)
• Hands-on with Pixhawk autoplots (ArduPilot/PX4) and buses: I2C, Ethernet
• Experience with SIL/HIL environments and customer-facing delivery
• Willingness to travel 10–20%; US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
