📋 Description

• Maintain knowledge of DDA and DVR
• Assess clients for eligibility via interviews
• Understand clients, goals, and employer matches
• Communicate to document care and support plans
• Help clients grow career skills for employment
• Connect with providers and employers in the community

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; Bachelors in social services preferred
• Must be 21+ years old
• 1 year related experience in crisis or employment services
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Self-starter with time management and problem solving
• Microsoft Office and Zoom proficiency; PC/Android
