• Fluency with AI tools and using AI to accelerate work.
• 6+ years in program management, strategy and operations or similar.
• Track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion.
• Strong financial fluency; comfortable owning budget models and reforecasts.
• Headcount and org operations experience; recruiting pipelines and org design support.
