- Partner with leaders to identify strategic opportunities to accelerate product roadmap and business
- Lead analyses to evaluate build / buy / partner scenarios and provide strategic recommendations
- Manage all stages of deal processes, including sourcing, assessment, valuation, negotiations, due
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to advance growth initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years experience in corporate development, investment banking, VC, or PE
- Proactive ownership mindset in a dynamic environment
- Passion for high-growth tech, FinTech, and traditional FinServices
- Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, and valuation skills
- Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
