📋 Description

• Part-Time non-exempt role up to 30 hours/week; 4-hour shifts minimum.
• Assist guests with store experience, product education, and community culture.
• Drive sales by leading ALO Flow initiatives and delivering exceptional service.
• Maintain engaging, easy-to-shop environment; stock and replenish as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and optimize operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred).
• Passion for customer service and delivering great experiences.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds; constant movement in-store.
• Confidently communicates product features, benefits, and store policies.
• Team player with strong work ethic and desire to excel.
