- Lead teams in developing and validating bioanalytical assays
- Oversee client engagement and on-time assay execution under GxP
- Prioritize tasks and manage schedules and resources
- Present data and lead client meetings; ensure quality and timelines
- Hire, mentor, and develop team; drive continuous improvement
- Identify new techniques and implement them
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or advanced degree with relevant experience
- Expert in chromatographic assays using HPLC and LC/MS/MS
- Experience in regulated bioanalysis, tissue analysis, CYP inhibition/induction
- GxP environment experience; ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong leadership, communication, and data presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Word; ability to manage multiple tasks
