📋 Description

• Support paid advertising campaigns across client book.
• Collaborate with lead Strategist or own end-to-end strategy for core clients.
• Assist reporting, optimizations, and routine campaign management.
• Use Nova ecosystem to inform strategy, execution, reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years digital marketing; agency a plus
• 1+ year Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce; Lead Gen/BD a plus
• 1+ year Google Ads or Meta Ads for DR campaigns; others (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) a plus
• 1+ year leading paid advertising strategy for DR efforts
• 1+ year Google Analytics, Shopify; other platforms a plus
• 1 year client-facing experience and communications
