📋 Description
- Own and advance the Workday platform end-to-end across HR, IT and Finance.
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday modules including HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence
- Manage releases, health checks, and performance tuning for Workday stability.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, business, or related field.
- 6+ years in HR tech with hands-on Workday expertise.
- Deep knowledge of multiple Workday modules and security model; Workday certification a plus.
- Experience building integrations with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
