Environmental Simulation & Reliability Lab Manager

📋 Description

• Lead operation of Environmental Simulation and Reliability Lab
• Manage lab staff, schedule, budgets, and on-time delivery
• Oversee climatic, mechanical, dynamic testing (thermal, vibration, shock, humidity, altitude)
• Direct engineers/technicians, develop performance and development plans
• Create test plans per ASTM/IEC/MIL specs and internal protocols
• Maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and calibration programs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in environmental simulation and reliability testing
• Experience supervising lab staff
• Proven customer-facing technical engagement
• Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation
• Strong written/verbal communication; US work authorization
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel
