Scientist I Analytical Chemist

📋 Description

• Laboratory work in a CRO/industry lab setting
• ADME Toxicology assays; may support BioMAP, Immunosignaling, Ion Channel, OncoPanel
• Develop LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK
• Create analytical methods for project support
• Troubleshoot/maintain MS and HPLC; Sciex/Waters exposure a plus
• Manage buffers, reagents, and finished goods

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. with 5+ years or M.S. with 3+ years or Ph.D. with 1+ year lab exp
• Direct LC-MS and/or LC-UV experience in CRO/industry
• Experience with QA/QMS and regulatory concepts (FDA/ICH)
• Mass spec quantification in biological matrices
• Analytical method development/optimization
• SEL/HTS, SPE, liquid handling and automation exp
