- Manage key technical relationships with POS providers and restaurants.
- Own merchant technical discoveries and deployments for partner engagements.
- Support Enterprise and Strategic Sales Engineering in pre-sales.
- Ensure smooth integration and expansion of tech solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years in technical support, operations, or technical account management.
- Experience managing technical projects/implementations.
- POS systems or restaurant tech experience preferred.
- Experience with cloud production systems (GCP/AWS).
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- SQL knowledge; JS or Python familiarity.
