🎯 Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in CS/Engineering or related field; MBA a plus.
• Hands-on coding: Python/SQL/JS or similar; growth analytics tools (Looker, GA/Firebase).
• 3+ years in growth engineering, performance marketing, or technical GTM/monetization roles.
• Strong communication; ability to explain complex growth concepts to executives and clients.
• Founder’s mindset, builder’s mentality; end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
