• Own client engagements end-to-end — from discovery to delivery, as the primary product voice with
• Scope and run greenfield product builds, taking zero-to-one ideas to sequenced, shippable roadmaps.
• Lead platform rebuilds and modernization engagements without stalling business operations.
• Design and deliver AI-native enablement with client product and engineering teams.
• Translate ambiguous client asks into scoped work, write PRDs, and sequence delivery.
• Partner directly with agentic engineers; set guardrails and evaluation criteria.

What You7ll Do

• Design and help deliver AI-native enablement — work with clients' own product and engineering teams
• Translate ambiguous client asks into scoped work — write PRDs, define success criteria, and
• Partner directly with agentic engineers — understand the difference between a deterministic

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years in product management, with real ownership of scope, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
• Agency or consulting experience — worked across multiple clients or accounts, not just one internal
• Range across engagement types — zero-to-one greenfield, legacy platform rebuild/migration, and
• Hands-on experience with AI agents — scoped, built, or shipped agentic products or workflows.
• Comfortable with client-facing leadership — present to stakeholders, handle pushback, and say no
• Teaching instinct and client enablement — explain agentic concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agent evaluation frameworks or observability tooling.
• Background in a technical role (engineering, data, or QA) before moving into product.
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare).
• Experience delivering internal training or enablement programs for client teams.
• Track record of public speaking or writing on product or AI topics.
