📋 Description

• Lead the migration of Vanta’s resource data model
• Coordinate across teams dependent on platform
• Design for eventual consistency and idempotency
• Evolve data ingestion and pipelines for high throughput
• Advance Query API with versioning and multi-tenant isolation
• Build auditable data infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Platform migration leadership experience
• Strong Kafka/streaming and queuing knowledge
• Distributed systems and data pipelines at large scale
• Relational/document modeling with Postgres and MongoDB
• AWS fundamentals; TypeScript/Node proficiency
• Ability to communicate tradeoffs and drive cross-functional decisions
