📋 Description

• Design rigorous research for recruiting, org health, manager effectiveness, employee experience
• Apply statistical modeling and ML to inform program design and impact
• Collaborate to define data requirements and govern research datasets
• Build scalable people science infra and self-service analytics tools
• Create playbooks for study design, measurement, validation, documentation
• Communicate findings to senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Deep curiosity and problem-solving for ambiguous challenges
• Strong research design, measurement, causal inference, ML evaluation
• Proficiency in R or Python and SQL; work with complex datasets
• Experience building measurement systems, data products, analytics frameworks
• Ability to explain methods to technical and non-technical audiences
• Respect for privacy and responsible research practices
