- Join analytics team to shape data-driven decisions across product, marketing, and operations.
- Modernize data stack in an AI-first world; collaborate with executives and engineering teams.
- Own data modeling, analytics infrastructure, and cross-functional insights.
- Deliver self-serve dashboards and KPI tracking via Omni and other tools.
- Provide ad hoc insights to leadership and stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics or similar roles
- Experience with BI platforms (Omni, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) including semantic layer
- Strong statistical knowledge (trend analysis, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals)
- Advanced SQL (CTEs, ELT/ETL, large datasets, cost management)
- Basic scripting in Python or R
- Experience in product/marketing analytics and go-to-market dynamics
