Apartment Maintenance Technician - Villages at Pecan Grove

📋 Description

• Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Holly Springs, NC.
• Use AIR Communities' technology for a modern approach to maintenance to help residents daily.
• Turn apartments for move-ins and resolve service requests for current residents.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities/building environments.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day weeks, and on-call shifts (at least one week
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests after hours.
