📋 Description
- Oversee irrigation and fertigation across the grow
- Calibrate nutrient testing instruments and SOPs
- Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation equipment
- Take nutrient samples for analysis
- Monitor soil moisture and water sampling
- Support cultivation team to implement plan
🎯 Requirements
- 21+ years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Agricultural or green industry experience; horticulture degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and hydroponic solution formulation
