- Customer service duties in a jewelry studio setting
- Greet customers and assist with appointments and POS transactions
- Assist with piercings, product recommendations, and aftercare info
- Promote Rowan’s products and maintain knowledge of offerings
- Keep studio clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with Studio Manager and Nurse Piercers
🎯 Requirements
- Weekend, night, and holiday availability
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Team player with friendly, outgoing attitude
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long shifts
- Commitment and reliability
- Experience in retail or service is a plus
