DevOps Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the DevOps team, reporting to Head of DevOps
• Translate DevOps strategy into execution; shape priorities and roadmap
• Own Disaster Recovery program across environments and markets
• Stay hands-on: review changes, troubleshoot production systems
• Improve observability, incident response, SLOs and production readiness
• Coach engineers, hire, onboard, and foster high-performing team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, SRE or Platform Engineering with team leadership
• Deep Linux and networking fundamentals
• Kubernetes production experience
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi), CI/CD, GitOps
• Production cloud experience (OCI/GCP preferred; AWS also fine)
• Proficient in Python/Go/Bash; able to judge AI-generated changes
