📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team — setting technical direction, driving performance
• Own the reliability and quality of a broad portfolio of fulfillment integrations — partnering with
• Partner with Product to define and execute the roadmap across employment, education, drug and
• Drive technical strategy for scaling a complex, integration-heavy system — improve coverage, reduce
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted development practices — maintain quality and accuracy standards in a
• Represent Verifications in cross-functional planning — engineering voice on capacity, tradeoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as an engineering manager, building and developing high-performing teams
• 8+ years as a software engineer with service architecture, distributed systems, and system design
• Experience managing complex third-party integrations and reliability across external systems
• Track record of improving operational metrics and reliability in production environments
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools, and responsible adoption
• Experience on regulated products where data accuracy and legal compliance are non-negotiable
