Job Description
📋 Description
- Ensure safe, efficient plant operations and layouts
- Develop optimal plant/process layouts and flows
- Define/monitor cycle times and headcount needs
- Lead IE studies and balance production lines
- Support launches/new projects with IE deliverables
- Drive continuous process improvement and standard work
🎯 Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 3+ years in industrial engineering; 5 preferred
- 1 year PM experience desirable
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving
- Strong analytical/communication skills
- Proficient planning/organizational skills
