• 3-7 years building and scaling engaged professional communities with measurable engagement growth.
• Strong network in Miami/South Florida startup ecosystem with founders, operators, and VCs.
• Boots-on-the-ground mindset, able to scale relationships rapidly.
• Deep understanding of startup ecosystem dynamics and founder needs across stages.
• Ability to design targeted programming for established and emerging founders.
• Data-driven with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing programs.
