Sr. Wi-Fi Software Engineer (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Senior Wi‑Fi software engineer for Starlink, focusing on end‑to‑end customer experience.
• Own Wi‑Fi software roadmap, optimize kernel‑level performance, and improve mesh performance.
• Collaborate with RF/EE teams to improve testing procedures for software and hardware.
• Mentor software engineers and help build a strong team culture.
• Invent tools to enable frequent and reliable deployment, testing, and data analysis within CI/CD.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/engineering/math or STEM with 5+ years software development, or 7+ years of
• 3+ years C/C++ development
• Experience with IEEE 802.11 and networking protocols (UDP, TCP/IP)
• Experience with embedded software for networking equipment
• Strong knowledge of networks, embedded systems, math, and physics
• Solid communication and leadership skills
