📋 Description

• Lead brand identity and visual direction across client engagements
• Architect design systems from ground up for engineers and AI tooling
• Own end-to-end web and product design from IA to final specs
• Apply AI tools throughout exploration, iteration, and systemization
• Collaborate with clients to defend design decisions with clear rationale
• Facilitate cross-functional handoffs with engineers, strategists, and AI practitioners

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience in brand identity and digital product
• Portfolio with at least one design system built from scratch
• Fluency in Figma including variables, auto layout, and components
• Track record shipping brand identities and usable web experiences
• Working knowledge of AI tools applied to design workflows
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, design tokens, and component-based development
