📋 Description

• Lead a squad of 3–5 engineers and own execution and delivery
• Write and ship production code alongside your team
• Drive design and architectural decisions across Trust & Safety platforms
• Mentor engineers and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Build robust, low-latency APIs and backend services for the Human Agent Tooling suite

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development at scale
• Experience as a technical lead or manager on complex projects
• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks
• Experience with transactional databases and caching systems
• Deep understanding of architectural patterns for large-scale web apps
• Mentoring and team development mindset

🎁 Benefits
