📋 Description

• Lead planning, administration, and performance of major Energy Efficiency programs.
• Set strategic direction and drive operational and financial outcomes for a defined book of business.
• Build organizational capability through staff development and standardization of processes.
• Oversee contract management, QA/QC, and continuous improvement to enhance program results.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to guide program planning and delivery frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality execution and customer impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Studies/Science, Sustainability
• Ten or more years leading complex programs or initiatives in energy efficiency, utilities, or
• Proven ability to forecast, budget, and manage profitability within a defined solution area.
• Strong stakeholder management, client relationship skills, and ability to influence across levels.
• Experience with program design, delivery models, regulatory frameworks, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives and clients.
