📋 Description
- Account for clinical trials and R&D activities under GAAP, ASC 730, and SOX
- Manage accruals, prepaid expenses, and month-end close processes
- Coordinate with Clinical Ops, FP&A, Procurement, CROs, and sites for data and invoicing
- Support financial reporting and maintain accounting documentation
- Participate in process improvements and technical accounting reviews
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and control compliance
🎯 Requirements
- 2-3 years accounting or audit experience
- Public accounting background; Big 4 preferred for SOX/technical scope
- Biotech/Life sciences or pharma exp preferred
- Experience with R&D or clinical trial accounting desired
- Strong Excel; GAAP knowledge; ASC 730 R&D accounting
- Good communication and project management skills
