Services Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the design of Building Services documentation packages across the project, including
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the developing documentation meets the
• Together with the project team, identify applicable cost savings and assist with product selection
• Progressively monitor the production of workshop drawings and as built documents.
• Monitor progress and quality of the works, installation and commissioning on the project.

• Qualifications in a relevant Engineering or trade discipline (electrical engineering or trade
• Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects, managing complex building services
• Sound understanding and application of statutory legislation and the relevant services Australian
• Demonstrated effective leadership skills through development of effective relationships with team
