📋 Description

• Set growth strategy across acquisition, ecommerce, and retention as a connected system
• Lead and develop Directors of Retention and Ecommerce; align goals and performance
• Own growth org structure, headcount planning, and scaling
• Drive accountability, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Represent growth in executive/board discussions and investment rationale

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in growth and P&L ownership
• Full-funnel growth leadership in DTC/retail/fashion
• Experience managing directors/senior managers across acquisition and retention or ecommerce
• Deep expertise in paid social, paid search, media buying, performance marketing
• Experience launching/scaling TikTok Shop and/or affiliate programs
• Strong ecommerce fundamentals and retention/LTV strategy; data-driven decisions
