Director of Finance & Business Performance

📋 Description

• Lead the finance function through a hands-on transformation, establishing strong processes
• Own core financial operations: cash, payroll, compliance, and other critical responsibilities.
• Build accurate, timely financial reporting for leadership visibility into performance.
• Own budgets, rolling forecasts, cash planning, and projections; update assumptions as needed.
• Develop profitability reporting by location, brand, channel, and product to identify improvement
• Analyze unit economics and drivers to support profitability and sustainable growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant senior-level finance leadership experience (CFO/Finance Director or equivalent).
• Proven success in profitability improvement, forecasting, cash management, and finance operations.
• Strong commercial understanding: pricing, unit economics, investment analysis, and business-case
• Advanced, hands-on experience with AI, automation, modern finance tech, and data-driven analysis.
• Strong accounting and financial management knowledge; professional qualification preferred.
• Experience building or transforming finance functions with significant process/system improvements.
