Staff Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with development teams to architect and build features that are highly available
• Develop ways to measure, monitor and report application and infrastructure health.
• Gain deep knowledge of Netskope's application stack and drive efficiency in systems and processes.
• Improve performance of micro-services and solve scaling/performance issues.
• Participate in 12x7 on-call rotations with distributed teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years troubleshooting Linux.
• Experience in managing a large-scale web operations role.
• Experience with one or more of: C, C++, Java, Python, Go, or Ruby.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design.
• Hands-on with cloud services in highly available, scalable environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
