- Lead service innovation for Asset Management in Global Services
- Define capabilities and software solutions; collaborate with Field Service, PM, and engineering
- Translate insights into roadmaps and service experiences aligned to goals
- Develop business cases and secure funding from leadership
- Shape go-to-market tactics and performance metrics across global teams
- Drive cross-functional alignment on strategy, execution, and outcomes
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in product management, biomedical engineering, field service, or related roles
- Experience leading software development projects and end-to-end launches
- Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience
- Strong collaboration, data-driven decision making, and communication skills
- Capability to build business cases and secure resources
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
