Site Reliability Engineer II, APAC

📋 Description

• Balance development velocity with reliability for Jamf services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to measure services and implement SLOs, error budgets, and
• Investigate production issues across stack and translate findings into automation and tooling.
• Produce clear docs, runbooks, postmortems, and PoCs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Own part of the team’s domain; reduce toil via automation, AI agents, tooling, and process changes.
• Refine AI agent guardrails and integrations within your team’s scope (e.g., MCP servers).

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software engineering, SRE, IT, or production operations.
• Production troubleshooting across the stack with available tools.
• Experience in Agile development.
• Hands-on AWS production ops (EC2, S3, EKS, RDS/Aurora, CloudFront).
• Observability tools experience (Grafana, Prometheus, LogicMonitor).
• Clear technical documentation skills.
