- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure great experience
- Maintain a safe, clean, professional environment
- Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of reverse vending machines and sorting equipment
- Ensure sorting equipment running efficiently by removing/replacing bins
- Monitor the centre for hazards and report concerns
- Ad-hoc duties as required by management

- Experience in face-to-face customer service
- Physically fit, some manual lifting will be required
