📋 Description

• Design rigorous research for recruiting, organizational health, manager effectiveness, and employee
• Apply statistics, ML, and research methods to inform program design and measure impact.
• Partner with People Ops, data engineering, and systems teams on data governance and reproducibility.
• Build scalable people science infrastructure and self-service analytics tools.
• Develop playbooks with standards for study design and documentation.
• Convey findings with concise executive-ready narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep curiosity and ability to solve ambiguous problems.
• Expertise in research design, measurement, causal inference, and modeling (psychometrics, surveys
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL; experience with complex datasets.
• Experience building measurement systems, data products, and governed analytics workflows.
• Ability to communicate methods clearly to leaders and technical partners.
• Strong judgment on privacy, fairness, and responsible research practices.
