Job Description
📋 Description
- Learn to operate GMR's robotics software stack across sanding and inspection systems
- Execute structured process trials (Design of Experiments) for robotic adaptive sanding
- Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot robotic cells to support trials
- Collect and validate trial data to support process characterization
- Maintain experimental discipline and ensure repeatability
- Document trial results with accuracy and detail
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or in-progress/completed Master's) in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems
- 0-2 years hands-on experience with physical robotic or mechanical systems
- Ability to follow structured experiments with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with scripting and data analysis (Python or similar)
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
