📋 Description
- Lead and guide a Trust & Safety engineering squad (4-5 engineers)
- Own end-to-end delivery: sprint planning, commitments, SLAs, health
- Write and ship code with the team; review and land PRs
- Own technical direction, architecture, and quality; mentor others
- Leverage AI coding tools to improve delivery and scale with the team
- Collaborate with Product and Design on scope and planning
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in people management
- Hands-on coding today and desire to continue
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and adoption impact
- Coaching experience for project execution and career progression
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics
- Experience with Ruby, React Native, Distributed Systems, AWS (data/compute), SOA
