Planning Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyzes planning, inventory, demand, and supply data to identify trends and insights.
• Develops reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytic tools for planning decisions.
• Translates business needs into analytical solutions and process improvements.
• Supports inventory optimization, forecast analytics, and planning performance.
• Leverages Kinaxis and other planning systems to improve processes.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to share findings with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel with data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) and SQL.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems (Kinaxis, SAP, or similar).
