📋 Description

• Develop and scale latent video diffusion models for human-centric video generation.
• Design conditioning for pose, emotion, scripts, and camera motion with high fidelity.
• Lead end-to-end applied research and engineering projects to production impact.
• Optimize distributed training with DDP, FSDP, DeepSpeed, sequence parallelism.
• Improve training stability across multi-GPU/multi-node ecosystems under real-world constraints.
• Design evaluation frameworks combining automated metrics and human evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience training deep learning models at scale (research or production).
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills.
• Experience with diffusion models; image generation required, video generation preferred.
• Proven experience with large-scale multi-GPU/multi-node training.
• Strong distributed training knowledge (DDP, FSDP, DeepSpeed).
• Ability to run controlled experiments and analyze results scientifically.
