PMO Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance structures.
• Define scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery frameworks.
• Drive execution to meet time, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as primary liaison across project lifecycle; lead meetings and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years progressive project management experience across multiple projects.
• Experience leading medium-to-large cross-functional projects in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Experience in PMO or enterprise portfolio management preferred; PMP preferred.
