Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Lead multi-functional teams in consulting, design, development, training and support for digital
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Work with Product Owners on backlog grooming and new requests
• Guide teams to higher scrum maturity and remove obstacles
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at sprint end
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years Agile PM or Scrum Master experience in digital agency/consulting
• Strong knowledge of Scrum artifacts (definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement)
• Familiarity with Kanban, Crystal, XP, SAFe; related Agile frameworks a plus
• Scrum Master Certification or strong hands-on Agile experience
• Excellent English communication; ability to work across organization levels
• Strong planning, organizational, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
