📋 Description

• Lead data science for Growth New Products, incl. HingeSelect, migraines, GI, arthritis, and new
• Define measurement frameworks, positioning, launch, and scale strategies.
• Build experiment-ready data foundations and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science partners.
• Develop funnel analyses and identify high-value growth opportunities.
• Own data modeling, analytics, and decision support to drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years handling large datasets; proficient in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, funnel analysis, and experiments.
• Ability to define metrics, build data models, and establish measurement frameworks in ambiguous
