Identity Management Lead Developer

📋 Description

• Lead design, development, configuration, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ and IAM tech
• Develop custom connectors, rules, workflows, provisioning logic
• Lead onboarding/integrations across Workday, SAP, AD, LDAP, ServiceNow, databases, REST/SOAP, cloud
• Drive identity lifecycle management: Joiner/Mover/Leaver, provisioning, access reviews
• Translate requirements into scalable IAM solutions via workshops/design
• Provide technical leadership across requirements, testing, deployment, release

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Lead Developer/Technical Lead on enterprise IdentityIQ projects
• Hands-on with SailPoint configs, development, integration, upgrades, tuning
• Strong Java, BeanShell, SQL, OO programming; PowerShell, Bash, Python
• AD/LDAP, directory services, provisioning concepts
• Experience with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, REST/SOAP integrations
