Solutions & Communications Architect (Fractional Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery and architecture of a secure, unified communications and workflow platform.
• Understand business, technical, security, and operational requirements before designing solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures covering identity verification, access controls, data protection
• Establish approval checkpoints and human-in-the-loop controls for sensitive data transfers and
• Build and launch a functional pilot during the initial intensive delivery period with monitoring
• Review technical work for security, quality, architecture, or completeness concerns.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in solution/enterprise/integration/platform/security architecture.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and work-management platforms with robust audit trails.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, data protection, least-privilege, security controls, and secure design.
• Proven experience designing secure environments with data isolation for multiple clients.
• Ability to translate evolving requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Comfort using AI tools while validating outputs and maintaining accountability.
